Limited Right to Use:The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a limited, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal use (but not for resale or redistribution).
Payments: You represent and warrant that if you are purchasing something from us that (i) any credit card information you supply is true, correct and complete, (ii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iii) you will pay the charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including any applicable taxes.
Returns:
- Any merchandise authorized for return must be new, complete, and
in saleable condition.
- A copy of our original invoice must be included.
- Prior authorization is required.
- All returns are subject to 15% restock charge.
- All returns must be shipped prepaid. Exchange merchandise will
go forward F.O.B. New Jersey. We will not accept C.O.D.'s for
returns
- Returns under $50.00 will not be accepted.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damages:
Fed Ex & UPS: If a parcel arrives in a damaged condition, refuse to
accept it. It will be returned to us. We will file a claim and replace
it
to you. If you discover concealed damage once you have accepted
delivery:
- Call Fed Ex/UPS for an inspection
- Hold on to all original packing, boxing, cartons, etc.
- Fed Ex/UPS will inform you what to do.
